Founded in 1999 by the Sharma family in the heart of Ludhiana's garment district, AVON Garments started as a small t-shirt manufacturing unit with just 12 machines and a singular mission — to produce quality garments at honest wholesale prices.

Today, we operate a modern 40,000 sq. ft. facility with over 300 machines, serving thousands of retailers, wholesalers, school uniform suppliers, and corporate gifting partners across all 28 states of India.

We are not just manufacturers — we are your garment production partner. From 180 GSM BCI-certified cotton tees to intricate embroidered ethnic wear, every piece leaves our factory with a quality guarantee.

1999
The Beginning
Founded by Khalsa with 12 sewing machines, 8 workers, and one product: a plain white cotton t-shirt. First orders delivered to local markets in Ludhiana.
2004
First Export Order
Secured our first bulk export order to Dubai, marking AVON's entry into international wholesale. Expanded to 60 machines and 40 workers.
2009
New Factory, New Vision
Moved to a purpose-built 20,000 sq. ft. facility in Ludhiana's garment district. Launched women's ethnic wear and kids' categories for the first time.
2015
OEKO-TEX Certification
Achieved OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification and BCI Cotton partnership — cementing our commitment to safe, ethical, and sustainable garment production.
